Hi, My name is Ted Pierce and I thank you for visiting my site.

First of all let me start by saying I live in a very peaceful and beautiful place, Trinity county, Weaverville to be exact. The Trinity Alps at my doorstep, gold mining towns of the 1800's and beautiful lakes are just a few things that brought me to this place. If you have not been here then plan on a visit. Here we have the 2nd largest wilderness in California (Trinity Alps Wilderness), Thompson Peak being the tallest mountain here at approximately 9000ft.

As you now enter my site as seen through the lens of my Canon camera, you will see what I see, feel what I feel as I travel through back roads and into small towns and big cities. You will feel the passion for certain subjects and the mystery of others. I hope to capture your attention and allow you to think about what these pictures might mean to you. Some you'll pass by, some you'll gaze at and yet others....you'll be awestruck by....either way, enjoy.
